Bosch Distributor Caps

Surviving under extreme conditions, Bosch Distributor caps can withstand up to 30,000 volts thanks to a chemical and tracking resistant formula. The spark discharge between the distributor rotor and the HT lead contact generates heat and a high proportion of aggressive nitrogen oxides.

Bosch Distributor caps are made of glass fibre reinforced polyester with an additional special surface seal.

Worn, broken, or cracked distributor caps will almost guarantee ignition system misfires and fouled spark plugs. If you’re giving your traditional ignition system an overhaul, a new cap is an important step in the right direction.
