Ideally suited for those who require a complete wiring harness with a single two pin Deutsch Style connector.

These Light Bar Driving Light Harnesses allow for an easy installation and come complete with everything you need to power up your light bar.

Positive or negatively switched upon installation.

• Wiring kit fitted with DT connector rating: 12vDC 30A
• Rated fuse kit: 12vDC 30A
• Switching relay: 12v DC 40A

Wiring installation instructions

1. Mount the lightbar in a suitable position
2. Fit the relay in a dry location
3. Connect the red ring terminal to the positive side of the battery (Figure 2, item 4)
4. Connect the black ring terminal to the negative side of the battery (Figure 2, item 5)
5. Connect the red wire from the switch to the high beam circuit (Figure 2, item 1)
6. Position the switch in a dry location
7. Run the cables to the light bar
8. Fit the two-pin waterproof connector to the light bar (Figure 2, item 2)
9. Ensure all cables are securely fitted.

Some automotive manufactures use the negative circuit to activate the high beam. In this situation, unplug the black wire with the open ring (Figure 2, item A) from the blue wire (Figure 2, item B) The black wire is not used and remains disconnected. Plug the red wire (Figure 2, item C) into the blue wire (Figure 2, item B).
